The following maps are mashups documenting a small selection of four Joyce Walks undertaken in Mexico City, Berlin, Jundiai Brazil and Tokyo. Each map consists of the original route generated by the Joyce Walks site with the mashup created later with photos and videos documenting the event. The first three walks are all from Bloomsday 2008. The Mexico City Walk was performed by the artists group Laboratorio.de.Situaciones. The Berlin Walk was perfomed my myself and companions and is documented with 360° video from each point on the walk. Jundiai was undertaken by Quadrafónica Urbana an artists group active in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Venezuela exploring urban space with their own system of experimental algorithmic walks. The final walk in Tokyo was one of my first field tests of the system. At this point I had the system working technically but it remained to prove whether it would work on the ground.
