This documentation was made in August 2008 at Neutral Ground Art Gallery, Regina SK. I find that playing at intimate or empathic relationships with technology is a useful strategy for co-existence with machines. The discomfort that people feel in addressing these kinds of intimacies is challenged by a morbid curiousity - what is to be gained by brushing the machine's hair?
